Zayo's data center portfolio was very disjointed from a design perspective, which was undermining our conversion rate on facility tours. Additionally, the sales team had very inconstant knowledge of how to sell a data center, being mostly focused on network products. By overhauling the interior design of our portfolio of facilities and developing a world-wide training program for our global sales organization, we increased the number of leads coming in the door significantly and our pipeline only grew from there.
